Excellent customer services. Quality of the house is more than we could wish for. Also they’ve been there at the end of every Phone call since moving in to help us in every way they can. Which has been a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. They made buying a new house so enjoyable and stress free and it’s all thanks to the avant team. Myself and my partner were exploring all options of homes and were hesitant to view a new build. We were really unsure of the process and what options there were as our home is currently on the market. I enquired about Honeyman Park and we were lucky enough to have Jacqueline McPhee contact us. Jacqueline was patient with us and fully explained our options.We are always cautious in sales situations and can be easily put off by pushy sales tactics but Jacqueline really made the experience so positive and about us rather than the development. Jacqueline is so personable and we're really grateful that she will see us through this process. I am genuinely thrilled with the service we have been given and cannot sing her praises highly enough! We're over the moon with our reserved plot and all the guidance, advice and support Jacqueline has already provided and no doubt will continue to!

Our first visit to Honeyman Park to see Jacqueline McPhee was positive and enlightening. We were made to feel at ease and she answered any questions we had. She is very knowledgeable and confident in what she does. Talked us through every step and assisted us with incentives with the property. We are looking forward to our second visit to pick our flooring, kitchen etc. Jacqueline is always at the end of the phone or email. Can’t fault our service.

I have just made the life changing decision to move out of my family home and into my very first home all on my own! I visited lots of developments in the same area having lived here with my family for 20 years. I visited Monkswood several times after I had seen the house type I fell in love with and also was taken round one that had just had the kitchen put in as they only have a 4 bed show home. I have spoken to many sales advisors from many developers and none have been as lovely, friendly, helpful as Lisa is! She honestly made the whole experience 10000/10. It was like having a friend in the sales centre who I couldn’t wait to tell the mortgage had been approved and I had exchanged contracts. I wanted a different kitchen layout to the one on plans, and Avant made it happen with no fuss. The after sale care has also been 10000/10. Ian and Dave are extremely helpful, and they always wave or say hello when they’re passing and always make sure everything is ok. They are very friendly and welcoming, I have both their numbers if anything goes wrong - and they always keep you up to date on the progress of anything! I cannot fault the majority of the workmanship inside, especially the bathrooms. I’ve had some snagging as is expected but very minor such as windowsills need touching up and the mastic needs redoing in the hall. Zara is very responsive and helpful! My washer switch didn’t work and they were round the same day I reported it to fix it! Avant homes for my first home has been 100% the best choice I have made. Lisa, Ian, Dave and Zara thank you, and anyone reading this just buy the house!

Today, we had the pleasure of meeting Louise Fell, an Avant representative at the Jackton Green Development. We showed up half an hour before our appointment but Louise welcomed us right away. Not only is she professional but she has a very friendly demeanour which is essential when selling a home to prospective buyers. Given the fact that buying a home can be one of lives stressful occasions, it is essential to build a rapport with the potential buyer. She is very informed of the site, giving important advice on the property and even providing a contact for a mortgage advisor. She has gone above and beyond and it is clear to see that she has a passion for real estate. Recently, when looking for a property, we have come across salespeople who behaved in different ways and unfortunately we felt like a nuisance most of the time. A robotic approach to merely show the property, offering next to no explantion of the benefits of buying with them and other important considerations. On the other hand, Louise was patient and kind, answering every question making us feel reassured. Given the fact that a salesperson is a representative of a company, Avant is very lucky to have such an employee. Louise is a breath of fresh air and if we decide to buy from Avant homes, she will be the advisor for us and any friends that are looking for a new home.More often than not, it can be difficult to write a review, however, we couldn’t leave her efforts unnoticed. Thank you Louise for all your help and we hope to see you in the future.

Fantastic job by Nick and his team at Avant Homes - Bradley Point. Always going above and beyond our expectations making sure we were satisfied and happy with how things were. Nick and his team work quick and efficiently having our back patio finished within less than 45 minutes of us making the call. Not to mention the high standards of the work they’ve done on the rest of the house. Blown away how immaculate the house was with all jobs professionally finished, leaving no stone unturned. We’re both extremely happy to have had Nick as our site manager making sure everything was complete to the highest of standards. Leaving us with our perfect dream home. Not to mention all snags were fixed within the week of reporting them.

We recently visited your site at Easingwold. The sales person was called Abbie. We were extremely impressed by the way she looked after us. Abbie showed us round a couple of the houses we were interested in, these weren’t show homes. She also showed us around the site and pointed out the plots for the houses we are interested in. Abbie was extremely knowledgeable about the site and even commended the site team, telling how good and efficient and hard working they were. Abbie should be commended for the way she interacts with her customers and her excellent knowledge of the role she has. Paul and Diane Todd.

If I could give 100 stars I would. My move to Bradley Point has been super smooth and good fun. Bella and Vikki in sales are FABULOUS, super helpful and nothing is a problem. Then there is Nick he makes you feel at home instantly and is professional and goes out of his way to ensure you have everything you need. I can’t THANK YOU all enough for making my house move a smooth fun experience with help on hand instantly if and when needed. You are the best!!!

*Sales lady at Wilbur Chase was lovely, can't fault her. 2 family members have moved in within the last 6-8 months. The workmanship is terrible and after sales team are full of excuses! Numerous snags reported, and they are still ongoing. One contractor comes and says they can't do what needs snagging because they need another contractor to do something else. The second contractor then damages something else and it's 2 weeks waiting for a part to come. Staying in for contractors who say they're coming then don't turn up. Honestly, stay away from Avant.

We are first time buyers that recently bought from the Radford Meadows site. We reserved in March and the plot was ready in June which was the date we were told from the start - so no delays! The buying process was smooth, we did have a few changes in sales advisors that meant we didn’t get updates for a short period of time but that was quickly rectified. The current sales advisor Louise has been a delight to deal with, in our experience she puts the customer first and still continues to check in on you even after completion.The site team we have interacted with so far have been great, all are super friendly and happy to help. We can’t comment on how quickly they deal with snags yet as we have only just completed. However neighbours have passed on positive experiences.

First of all we love the house. Secondly our purchase journey was made so easy because of the sales lady,Caroline Jarvis, who introduced us to the site, the financial people and the lawyers and was always available when we had questions, and we had plenty as this was our first purchase in the UK after 24 years abroad. Caroline listened to our needs and suggested Avant locations and houses and Viridian Meadows was just right. What impressed us was her knowledge of the area (very important when moving from abroad) and her obvious great rapport with the other workers on the site. We had spent over 8 traumatic months trying to find a house and the Avant experience with Caroline has restored our sanity. She gets our Michelin star!

The customer services manager on site (Angela) has been outstanding, always looking after us as first time buyers and ensuring that we were on the right path. No ask was ever too much for her. We viewed and enquired about Avant homes on site on several occasions and it was the arrival of Angela and her infectious enthusiasm, energy and relaxed demeanour that convinced us that this was the house for us.Sadly Angela was not on site for our move in day which could have gone better with no formal handover of keys conducted or the usual welcome ceremony conducted. Welcome box was left on door step with non welcome bow or introduction to our home. Left to enter property as doors were unlocked.

We attended the open day for the show home at Sherburn this afternoon. Sarah & David gave us a very warm welcome, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Our son loved the treats! Sarah was lovely and made sure to include our son in any discussions aswell. The show home is the best we've seen, the attention to detail and top quality finish were very noticeable. It's nice to see something that's not just the usual run of the mill new build!

Despite having a delayed move into the house, Jake restored all our faith in Avant and has been nothing but outstanding in his service to look after us. He has been there to answer any questions, update us on any things that need doing within the house and checking in to make sure we are okay. If we ever need anything, Jake has been there! He cares about his customers and the work put in to all the houses. He is a top man! The builders on site have also shown this dedication to getting everything right. We’ve just bought our first home at Cotchett Village in Derby. Louise was so helpful throughout the whole process, we were always happy to see her and she kept us reassured throughout the whole time, especially during our completion day as we had no clue what was happening!Since being in we are really happy with our little home. Despite living amongst phase 4 being built and other houses (literally next door and opposite) being finished for completion, we are not bothered by the builders or noise one bit. They are all polite and friendly and are always lending a hand. We feel the site managers and builders have gone above and beyond and exceeded our expectations of literally living on a building site. Having read 100’s of reviews about new builds and the bad rep they get, I was so nervous thinking what had we done! But after just over a month, our short snag list is being sorted and worked through so quickly we can’t keep up of who is coming in and out. I think it definetly helps having the builders on your doorstep Monday-Friday, so they’re always around to lend a hand. Tracy in the after sales team has also been so helpful in getting our snags sorted, and we definitely feel valued here. I would recommend buying a house on this estate to anyone based off the experience we have had!

Terrible experience - sales were terrible but we liked the house type and location (Mickleover in Derby)The build was okay, however the site management are USELESS! we reported dozens (nearly 100 snags) and all our neighbours are the same.A year on and we still have snags, including a major one from when we first moved in. The ‘customer service’ manager Nav is possibly the biggest joke of them all, trots around and is completely and utterly terrible. Sadly avant think he’s good! It’s cringeworthy how bad their customer service is!Avoid, despite their build layouts, go with another builder who is reputable and has decent customer service.

We have just reserved our home and are going through options for personalising it at the moment so we can't speak for the rest of the process yet, but our experience in Ruddington has been super smooth so far. We came in last minute and were given a tour of a couple of homes and decided to go for one as ours sold a couple of days later. The process of viewing and reserving has been smooth and Gavin has been especially helpful and friendly. The documents were all lined up and clear, despite having had the meeting over videocall as this suited my family better. We've bought a newbuild before and the reserving process was definitely far more confusing and difficult with the other builder. Thanks!
