Extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency in this agency’s marketing. They are currently listing a property (22 Rushams Rd) without disclosing a significant flying freehold. Under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act, tenure details are considered material information and must be disclosed upfront. Failing to mention such a critical detail until a buyer digs for it is incredibly unprofessional. It wastes the time of potential buyers, surveyors, and solicitors. In an area like Horsham where these issues are well-known to experienced agents, this feels like a tactical omission rather than an oversight. I would advise anyone looking at their listings to exercise extreme caution and verify all title details independently.

We received excellent service from Martin & Co Lettings, Horsham when we needed to find new tenants for our rental property. We have dealt with them for several years now and will continue to do so. Get the most with Karen from Martin

I asked a number of Letting agents in Horsham to advice on the rental of my apartment, on both rentability and fees. Not only was Karen from Martins very proactive, she was confident in the apartment being rented out very quickly, and also her view of the rental was higher than other agents by 10%, with very competitive fees. At first I thought she was just trying to get the property on her books. But the way she descibed the area and current market and selling points of the apartment, it gave me confidence in her getting the best for me. It turned out she was true to her word, and rented the property at the price she quoted. I know I am definately 10% "richer", by trusting Karen. She always responds quickly before and after the completion of the rental.

We had a fantastic service from the sales team throughout the whole selling process. From our first meeting with Tim they were always available to talk to and give sensible advice. Both Ciaran and Amber were amazing when showing people around the house which helped us to get more than we ever expected. Also without their constant communication and experience dealing with solicitors we would have never moved as quickly as we needed to.
