GoogleWe instructed Chris at Mapp and Weston several years ago to sell our property. He sifted through prospective buyers so as not to waste our time and we only ended up having about 3 people look round. He found the perfect reliable buyer for it quickly. We couldn't however find anywhere to move to until last summer. Chris has remained extremely patient and generous with his time throughout the whole process. Once we finally found a property, he has been the key person proactively managing the chain and communication between everyone, following up with the progress, helping to find solutions to any issues that have arisen and importantly played a key role in managing our stress levels and keeping us calm and encouraging good relationships with others in the chain. We finally completed last week. Throughout the process he has rapidly responded to all our communication...even if its weekends or evenings and in our view has truly gone above and beyond. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

GoogleRefuse to even discuss rental once found out we we have 3 children and want to rent a three bedroom semi which is what we can afford. Further refuse to discuss rental when they find out that we need to exchange first...how can we possibly exchange our sale first without agreed further rental...and confused our frustration with being rude.NegativeProfessionalism
