GoogleWe feel like we made new friends with everyone at Our House. This isn't just a job to these woman but something they are all very passionate about. We trusted them to sell our house which they did, but also went above and beyond to secure our forever home that we fell in love with instantly. Hannah made sure she did all she could to make our dream become a reality. Highly recommend this team of women and their company Our House.

FacebookWe can’t say enough about Lisa and the team . They sold our property within 24 hours of them putting it on the market. The communication between everyone involved was brilliant. Lisa always answered any queries we had and always returned our calls . We must say we had the same fantastic service when we bought our new property with our house. Lisa and team did everything and more to make it a smooth transaction. This agent is so professional and so polite they keep everyone in the loop . Nothing is too much trouble. FacebookI bought my home via Our House. I cannot speak highly enough of Lisa, Charlotte and the team. Communication was first class, there was real focus on getting the sale through in a pain free way, whenever I called for information or to share my worries I was always given time and help. They even supported me with chasing contractors when needed. After I moved in they were still there for me. I would absolutely recommend Our House Estate Agents, I wasn't even selling with them but I was still left feeling like a valued customer every time. thank you 😊

House was beautifully represented and all services explained thoroughly. Sadly, our offer didn't get accepted but still looking for our 'forever' home, which Charlotte is still looking for and has already called me twice with different properties 😊

As the property was empty and we didn’t live locally, they kindly made regular visits to make sure everything was ok. On two occasions during the winter they discovered problems (a water leak and a gas leak) and both times went above and beyond to sort the issues out quickly with support from their local network. I would recommend Our House to anyone who values exceptional customer service. I really don’t know what we would have done without them.

GoogleOnly gave 2 star rating because they advertised my house for sale and eventually sold it. Very slow keeping me upto date and when my solicitors sent information to me and also cc'd Our House in they would the phone and claim they had get the information. Original proof specification had to be rewritten twice and was sent to wrong email address when sent through for proofing. I strongly recommend not to use these.

GoogleAlthough this estate agent are the newbies in Hornsea, they are certainly making an impression on the local housing market. Prices are the same as the other estate agencies, but they seem to make a difference in the service and sales. Worth giving them a call if you are thinking of selling your home.

GoogleRang with an enquiry about a property and spoke to a woman who was quite dismissive. She said she would call back with further information and didn't. The property in question is still for sale. Very strange approach to selling houses.

Very friendly to deal with, kept us totally up to date at every stage of the process. A really fresh approach that is getting results. GoogleNot great this time actually. I had seen them before and was told my lovely seaview apartment in Hornsea could maybe sell for £160k. But when I rang them this week today I'd decided to put it up for sale in December. I was told ' you won't get that for it and you'll be lucky to sell it at all. Do obviously wont be putting my property up for sale with them
We’re sorry that you have interpreted our discussion in this way. We absolutely loved your apartment and feel you have finished it to an exceptional standard. If we were negative it was purely to get across that a freehold flat isnt always the easiest to sell as generally it has to be a cash purchaser. As appealing as freehold sounds, mortgage company’s like to know there is a management company in place who are responsible for all aspects of a building. We were merely trying to manage your expectations that a freehold flat narrows your market and the sale may not be straightforward. We are trying to manage our business with honesty in order to limit disappointment down the line.
