GoogleWell , Just called and inquired my interest in the property and an ‘old’ lady responded to my phone called.
When I say I’m working in partnership with the council, very rude and ‘racism’ replies that ‘ I think the landlord wouldn’t be interested’ .
Well , as a estate agent specially , you must help the costumers offering other properties or advertise! And for that lady if you don’t have time and the energy to help , then stay home and let someone else to do the job.
I will file a complaint to the council against you.

I have rented my one bedroomed property through A C Estates since October 2013. I changed to this agent after a bad experience with another local agent who seemed to charge for everything they could.Since having my property managed by A C Estates I have always found them to be very approachable & helpful.I particularly like the following:-1. Not having to pay another introduction fee every time I have a change of tenant. (I have had 3 tenants over the years).2. Fast introduction of new suitable fully referenced tenants.3. They do not charge me extra for inventories or 3 monthly written inspections.4. They deal with any maintenance issues efficiently without charging a surcharge (my old agent used to add 10% plus v.a.t. to all contractors invoices).5. Fast payment of rents when due once paid by my tenants.Thanks for a great service - Keep It Up !

YellAvoid !!!, A C Estates is the worst agency I have ever dealt with !
I used AC Estates (Elm Park branch) as a landlord and was generally dissatisfied with their service. I found them to be slow, disorganised and very unreliable. They have the most appalling attitude and always spoke to me as though they were working for nothing and doing me a favour (when they were paid for all the work they done for me). That attitude was also reflected in the poor level of service they provided me with. It seemed as though everything was too much trouble for them and that they were struggling to cope. They clearly treated my business as low priority which made the void periods/loss of rent greater than it would otherwise have been. They absolutely did not deserve my business and when I eventually had enough of their bad attitude and so called “service” I switched to a much bigger and better letting agent who I am pleased to say have none of AC Estates problems.

I dont know if this business is just starting out or not however, the lack of communication is ridiculous. They don't ever answer the phone They dont respond to emails, i was looking for somewhere to rent for a fanily member and thiught i wohld go through them. I will not ever use these and i wouldnt ever recommend them either
