What a fantastic team and organisation to deal with. From the moment I came to view a property 2 years ago and then all the way through our tenancy they have gone above and beyond in assisting me with my move and stay. Lee Fogg and the team have shown that estate agents can be efficient, professional and personable (and I deal with a lot on my line of work!) . They made moving in super easy, were very quick with response times when it came to dealing with any repairs and maintenance (the very few that we had) and always approachable even during these tough times. Thank you so much and I’ll be sad to be leaving as it’s been a pleasure renting through you. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a genuine, friendly and professional agent to help with their move. Absolutely amazing service from the Property Connexions team in New Malden, and special thanks to Lee Fogg and Paul! I rented a studio for two years and ever since Property Connexions team became the letting agent the service has been outstanding. When they became the letting agent they installed CCTV in the lobby and redecorated the common areas first thing. They also hired a maintenance person to look after the property to ensure everything was top notch and introduced a letter tray for mail that had come to the wrong address. When I had maintenance issues such as a leaky tap in my studio, it was fixed straight away and they were quick to replace a broken washing machine in the laundry room too. The communication was excellent throughout the two years I stayed with them and Lee was always so friendly and helpful! The price for the studio was reasonable and I always felt safe and looked after. If I hadn't moved to another country would have happily stayed longer and would from the bottom of my heart recommend Property Connexions, they are the best letting agents I have ever had! Thank you!

Property Connexions is by far the best, most efficient, people-centred estate agent we have ever had the privilege of being managed by. Lee Fogg, who looked after us in New Malden, is always so friendly, so prompt at responding to emails and queries and we were sorry to say goodbye. Every problem we had was usually fixed very quickly, was a very good agent/landlord (Woodsgavil Ltd) since 2008 until this year. Huggins Edwards & Sharp was the previous agency with the same landlord and they were lovely, truly lovely however the landlord switched to this one about 2 years ago and with Property Connexions, I will describe Property Connexions as a condescending and unfriendly agency. My brother and I moved into the flat in 2008 and in June this year we were kicked out of the flat because the flat was too "run down" though we requested in the past for it to be refurbished for many years. While they initially agreed to renovate certain areas of the flat in 2019 before Christmas - the agency / landlord decided to kick us out after 12 years in the place DURING the CORONA outbreak and notified that we had to leave in January giving us a 6 month notice. Little did we know of the corona virus outbreak. We were paying a lower rent than the other tenants for the same flat - after asking them about 10 times if we can stay and that we were willing to pay more rent - we were also ready to vacant the flat so they can renovate it, however long it took - they kicked us out for good. They told us the landlord had 'other plans' for the flat - I did my research and it seemed like the landlord/Property Connexions were doing a combined project turning flats into studios - because it means more tenants and more money - a good investment. Understandable, and so we moved out of the flat but 2 months later, the flat got listed on zoopla for 1375 pounds per month - the exact same flat that we have lived in for 12 years. Still the very same 2 bed room flat with 1 living room - nothing seemed like a 'new plan' the agency told me the landlord had except for a little renovation that lasted 1-2 months. Imagine throwing tenants out that have never been late paying rent and also agreed on paying higher rent once the renovation was done, just to relist it on their websites and zoopla. Let me remind you, I sent the agency many emails, even the landlord's company, literally begging them to not kick us out during the corona crisis, asking for at least half a year delay on it but they practically ignored us just to renovate the place and to relist it on zoopla while we were prepared to pay the rise. :) very humane company/ agency eh?

Only did the rent collection side of things and were awful so can’t imagine what their full management service is like. Accused me of being in rent arrears at the end of my tenancy and as I queried this quickly retracted their statement once looked into. Are now holding an overpayment of rent, which they are refusing to refund. Steer well clear!!!!
