GoogleThis is the best letting agent I have ever used in the UK. Excellent manager Harriet, there was a bit of drain blockage within the apartment today been Saturday 14/10/23, I sent an email, she called immediately, spoke with me, I had concluded the job will be sorted out on Monday but to my surprise she called me back to let me know that the plumber will be with me in an hour, in less than 45 minutes plumber arrived issue sorted out, I have never seen this for a long while, they deserve a five star.

GoogleHorrific experience from Dedman Lettings, information not correctly provided and causing issue with other neighbours because of this poor service. Stay away.
Please share the full details as to why I have left this feedback instead of hiding the truth. You failed to provide all the information to the tenants which caused agrovation to neighbours. Poor service provided to the tenants causing upset to the tenants and neighbours. My comment still stands, very un-professional and I would avoid if you don't want to be left in a situation where you have not been provided the correct information.
Feel free to show the document already provided to you showing the correct information which you have failed to apply to the new tenants.
No threats have been made and accusations like this are petty and only look bad against yourself. You have clearly failed and do not want to take ownership of your behaviour and would rather blame other people. Accept your mistakes and move on rather than trying to blame us.
You can attempt to contact anyone in our area and will find no bad information, instead of wasting your time doing this, provide the correct information and advise your tenants to follow the rules.

Dear Charlie, You are not a tenant we have rented to before, a landlord or a prospective tenant looking for a property. You are a neighbour of a tenanted property which we manage. It is wrong to review a business negatively that you have not received any agreed service from. As a small independent business we pride ourselves on our service to landlords and tenants and previous reviews reflect our hard work and good reputation.
In response to your updated review we have not failed to do our job, and the owner of the property who we work for has confirmed this. We have all tried to solve the situation amicably and calmly however you have been nothing but extremely unpleasant to our tenants and our company. Issuing threats to our tenants face and threatening them to me over the phone isn’t acceptable. After witnessing your aggressive behaviour over this matter your review to slander our business comes at no surprise.
