GoogleGreat Service from Simon and the team in Hook. We had multiple viewings (due to the effective marketing) and 3 offers within the first 48 hours of our property being on the market. We sold at well over the asking price and the customer service continued with regular updates until we completed yesterday. Simon was instrumental in talking with all parties involved in the transaction to get the exchange complete as soon as possible. Very happy with our overall experience.

GoogleOur third experience of working with Simon and the Hook team in the last 7 years. For the third time, it was plain sailing and all went to plan. Simon was always on the end of the phone/email if needed.
Wouldn't use any other estate agent in Hook and cannot recommend Simon and his team highly enough.

GoogleHaving found a buyer for my property, Simon and the team provided excellent support through what proved to be a difficult and drawn out sale process due to rural rights of way issues. They remained calm and provided good advice throughout; they've seen it all before, which for me was very helpful because I hadn't. A very professional estate agency with excellent local knowledge and an experienced team.
