Sold in 5 days, couldn’t have asked for more!

We honestly couldn’t recommend Bradleys enough. From start to finish, the whole experience of selling our home was brilliant. A massive shout out in particular to Jack (COYS!), who was our agent throughout the process. He was so relatable, down to earth and just a genuinely lovely guy. By the end of it, we honestly felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than an estate agent! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and the communication throughout was 10/10. Clare and Jordan were also fab, stepping in and helping both Jack and us along the way whenever needed. The whole team just made what is normally a really stressful process feel so much easier. Our house sold within 5 days of going on the market, and the photos and videos they arranged were amazing and presented our home beautifully. They'd even organised off market viewings, before it had even gone live. We actually bought this same house through Bradleys back in 2020 and had a great experience with them then too, so it felt quite fitting that they were the ones to sell it for us as we move on to our next chapter. Just a genuinely lovely bunch of people who are great at what they do. We’ve already recommended them to others and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. Whilst we are grateful to Bradley's for the sale of my mothers single bedroom retirement flat after her passing, the costs of over £5490 for a sale price of £77,500 is excessive and compared to the solicitors fees of £1800, and l question the justification for that amount given the level of work and interaction was much greater with the solicitors. I think that house price increases are becoming so excessive that first time buyers are unable to get onto the market and estate agents play a significant part in setting those prices. We have adult children who are on good salaries and yet cannot afford to.get a mortgage which is also linked to rental fees, l would urge Bradley's to make themselves more attractive to sellers by reducing their fees, and assisting first time buyers in their quest for getting on the ladder.

Simply excellent. All of the staff were so friendly and efficient whether visiting the office in Honiton or when phoning. Manager Joe was so positive, knowledgeable and pro-active. The marketing was impeccable and undoubtably led to the quick sale and at a top price. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process and overall could not be more pleased. The experience of working with Joe and the team in Honiton for the sale of my property was brilliant and I would thoroughly recommend them. From the first meeting with Joe and subsequent follow up conversations with the Vicki & Becki and other members of the team, I was impressed with their professionalism and motivated approach to ensure the sale concluded and I was fully aware of progress throughout. The marketing brochure and advertising approach was very good. I also used the solicitor recommend by Bradleys for the conveyancing of my sale and subsequent purchase and they were excellent. I recently sold a house through the Bradley's team and couldn’t be happier with the service throughout the whole process. From start to finish they were always friendly, honest, approachable and incredibly communicative, which made what can often be a very stressful experience feel much more manageable. Their marketing package was also excellent. The photos and floorplans were really high quality and showcased the property brilliantly. I genuinely believe this had a big impact on the interest in the property and ultimately the sale itself. Any questions I had were answered quickly and transparently throughout, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Everyone at Bradley’s were absolutely fab through our house sale and purchase journey. This was our first sale and the process didn’t go as smoothly as hoped, but the whole time the team, especially Vicki, were supportive and always at the end of the phone. I've been looking for a bungalow for my mother, I signed up with all the agencies in Honiton, I have to say I am really impressed with the staff and in particular Rebecca who always kept me informed of what was coming on the market. I want to say a huge thank you to Joe and the team at Bradley’s in Honiton, you have made the sale of my property simple and stress free. Joe is a fantastic Sales Guy, very charming but kind, funny and boy, does he know his stuff - when I first met him, after a few minutes I knew I would be using Bradley’s to market the property - he looks like an estate agent (not we should hold this against him) but his knowledge of the market and local area is second to none. I was very impressed and was especially blown away when we agreed the marketing price at the same level without discussion. Becki, Vicki and the rest of the team in Honiton are great support to Joe and offer excellent customer service, easy to deal with, nothing is ever too much trouble and like I said made the whole process of selling a property easy. It’s a real team effort and I would encourage anyone buying or selling to get in touch with Bradley’s Honiton first - I can’t speak highly enough of them.
