Having decided to sell our house we had several agents out to value it and we decided to go with Simon Brien. We dealt with the Holywood office, specifically Tiffany Brien. From the minute she arrived in our home her enthusiasm and attention to detail was clear to see. She was spot on with her valuation and she listened to us and understood what we were hoping to get out of our sale. I cannot fault her. The communication throughout has been 10/10. We were updated at every stage ( sometimes she even told us answers to questions we hadn’t even got around to asking yet) 🤣 the sale has been seamless and extremely straightforward from the beginning and we can’t thank Or recommend Tiffany enough for all of her assistance and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone planning to sell. This company are downright dodgy. They sent down a pair of prospective buyers interested in our site but did not come down to represent our interests. These people wanted to build on our site without buying it and instead give us a share of the profits. They refused to talk about actual figures though, saying 'today is not about numbers, It's about getting to know you.' The next week the sign advertising our site was taken down. I phoned to ask why and was told 'you are in negotiations the site'. I removed our house and site from.the market immediately. I don't know whose interests they were representing but it certainly wasn't ours.

My house was fairly unique and probably a tricky house to sell but the staff at Simon Brien did all they could to find me a buyer .The property was agreed several times to different buyers but the sale fell through on 3 occasions through no fault of the estate agents. I was kept informed at every stage and any dealings whether in person or by telephone were always pleasant and courteous.
