GoogleThe team went above and beyond to help us with our house move to our “forever home”. Communication along the chain and with all the solicitors was fantastic- Sarah kept the cogs turning and any hurdles were swiftly removed or navigated over. A great personal service from start to finish.

GoogleWould just like to say a massive thank you to Sarah for all her help the last few months, our landlords unfortunately had to sell the house we rented but Sarah was amazing given the situation. She kept in regular contact via text, phone and email, worked around my working from home schedule and kindly popped round when we moved out to collect the keys and give her opinion on whether the house was ready for handover. Sarah also kindly offered advice as we are in process of getting a mortgage through a different estate agents for our first home, this was a lovely personal touch as she obviously didn’t have to do this and just said to pop her a text if we had any questions or were stuck with any part of the process. Incredibly professional and a massive credit to the business.

Nothing was ever too much for him, and he was exceptionally professional. Sarah communicated exceptionally with us right throughout the process, and always handled our queries with the greatest care and attention. Sarah Rogan dealt with the sale and I can’t praise her highly enough.She was the epitome of calm professionalism and kindness. She was pleasant, frank and straightforward, and walked the diplomatic tightrope between seller and buyer with aplomb. She went to great lengths to help resolve any minor problems which arose, and the sale went through very quickly and without complications. R&B were a very pleasant and efficient company to deal with, and Sarah Rogan is a great asset to the team.

Connor provided a realistic and accurate valuation of our property, and the team's marketing strategy was excellent, highlighting the key features of our home, attracting a lot of interest. Connor kept us informed every step of the way and his communication was clear, concise, and always reassuring. Sarah in the office is also a great asset to the team, and was always friendly, professional and responsive.

GoogleWe worked with Stephen when viewing and applying for a rental. We were super impressed as he communicated clearly and often, was super considerate of our situation, and answered all of our questions. We didn't end up renting through R&B but still had a positive experience. I'd recommend Stephen to anyone needing to work with an estate agent.
