Facebookagreed to rent a house that a king size bed and a massive american style fridge freezer. Both were broke already and replaced with cheap small equivalents. Couldnt move in straight away because there were no blinds and we had to argue to get them. Walls were damaged by removal men taking the fridge. Moved out and they took £210 of our deposit for cleaning and decorating. Place was left as we got it. Worst rental experience I ever had.
Joe disappointing to see you leave a negative review for the company when in fact the problem was how you left the property you rented, the landlord is out of pocket for a lot more than you were deducted. I felt that we were kept up to date throughout. The valuation was very accurate when compared with the final price. Would definitely recommend Michael Chandler as estate agent. GoogleExtremely disappointed at the service I reviewed with this estate agents following my house purchase. Communication with their clients is extremely poor. Requested an update from the agent and was told I would get a call back or email the following day which is fair enough. When I then made contact the following day, I received an out of office reply for a number weeks and when I contacted the office I was then told my case was being handled by a new agent. My house purchase took 7 months to complete and when I finally was able to collect my keys I was told that I could collect them from the property underneath the bin! When I subsequently arrived to collect my keys, I had to wait an hour and a half while the property was cleaned which I was informed would have been finished by 5pm. I believe this experience is not unique and have spoken to others who have also had a similar negative experience.

From the second Michael arrived to list our house with his amazing Photographers I knew we were in professionals hands...the photo and video quality is unbelievable and I can honeslty say this was a big part of the reason we got a sale so fast, the entire office staff are easy going with Stuart and Ted in particular who were managing our house giving regular updates on progress on a daily basis which is exactly what you want.....friendly and honest guys to talk to. The personal touch this company gives you is simply amazing! Thank you so much for everything we cannot rate you high enough!!
