Richard, Claire and Anna were very friendly and professional. All queries were dealt with in a timely manner. The viewing was excellent, and we immediately felt comfortable putting an application in.
The property was handed over in an immaculate condition which showed that they care about both tenants and landlords.
I would not hesitate with renting from Home Management Services again. They would be my first choice for an Estate Agent - both as a vendor and a tenant.

The rental property was reasonably priced and any occasional problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently. There was a slight misunderstanding towards the end of our tenancy but this was resolved quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Home Management Services to prospective tenants or landlords.

GoogleMy partner and I rented a city centre apartment from HMSNI for just over 3 years. During this time any queries were responded to swiftly, any repairs needed were made ASAP with no fuss, and any problems were dealt with completely. HMSNI is only a small team of people, which allows you to know them by name, and I think they genuinely care about the tenants as well as the owner. We only moved out of the apartment because we wanted a pet and the owner was not in a position to allow this. I would recommend HMSNI to anyone. Friendly, fair and genuine!
