I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from Kivells throughout my purchasing process. Nyah has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish - always keeping me up to date with regular phone calls and emails, and never hesitating to help whenever I needed her. She has been so friendly, approachable and genuinely supportive, always going the extra mile at the drop of a hat. I’m incredibly grateful for all her help and would happily recommend.

I have always found that dealing with Kivells Launceston branch is very easy and straightforward whether renting or selling a property . Always easy to contact and responsive to any request. Over the years there has been a number of staff involved but this has never been to the detriment of the service, which is always 5 star.

Not a straightforward purchase, yet Jackie handled all parties involved in the most professional manner and mediated the inevitable issues that arise in a very sensitive way. I couldn't fault her. Right from our first contact with Kivells and our subsequent appointment/viewing, we were pleasantly impressed with the knowledge Nyah had of the property, professional, articulate and above all managed an excellent level of communication between all parties. We cannot recommend Kivells highly enough for there service.

Launceston Branch, absolutely do not use, they had our property for 8 months 2 bed bungalow in a small village and was in great order not overpriced but only had two viewings, on a viewing kivells staff could not find the back door/garage keys ( told them 3 times and emailed them where they were), so probably lost this sale, second viewing the people were in no position to buy, I feel all Kivells are only interested in large houses and farms and land and take there eyes off ball. Changed agent and sold within 2 months.

GoogleThe lady I dealt with is Jackie Chegwyn, she has been a godsend and completely changed my view of Estate agents. Always quick to respond and incredibly helpful way above and beyond. Our solicitors were very poor and their comms terrible, if it hadn't been for Jackie our purchase might well have fallen through. I would not hesitate to recommend Kivells to a buyer or seller. 11/10.

I believe I was cheated by one of the owners / directors. They offered for sale an all terrain mobility scooter (which is no longer made and hard to source) which I needed to access my garden (it is on a steep gradient); I have a form of motor neuron disease, which they knew about from my message to them. I got in first with a commitment to buy, but instead they sold it to someone else as a beach buggy. I consider that to be disabled discrimination and am now taking legal advice.
