I called Ryder and Dutton at Holmfirth to enquire on a property and was greeted by the lovely Fiona. We have often enquired on properties and are met by lacklustre sales staff telling you the property is sold. Making you feel like you have had the air taken from your tyres. Not this time, Fiona was professional, polite and listened to our needs. Fiona gave me the impression that she would look after us in finding the perfect home. I look forward to working with Fiona in the future, where I am sure she will find us the right property. A real credit to your company.

Very mixed bag with Tom. He was very pleasant and helpful when he was signing me up for a tenancy, which I paid in full, but the after care was quite poor. Pre-agreed terms were not met until I pushed for them to be met, and coming towards the end of the tenancy, he seems to be attempting to label enforcement of legally binding terms as "aggressive and childish" and called me a "knob". Definitely a buyer beware situation.

Accrue is such a fantastic space for small companies and self employed workers. The staff are so attentive, helpful and friendly to all, and the building is spotless. The owner is a lovely guy who makes a lot of time to make everyone feel welcome.
