TrustpilotOutstanding fixtures and fittings all included in the price!
The staff are helpful, pleasant and efficient. Cannot fault the avant homes, offering much more than other house developers with outstanding modern fixtures and fittings which would usually cost in excess of thousands with other developers.

TrustpilotPoor brickwork.
While the Avant house an overall nice property it is badly let down by the standard of the brickwork. The Avant pre-handover inspection failed to identify the faults and have them rectified without our input.

A company that you should definitely stay away from, the materials they use are very simple, there is interest until you get the money.
