Very bad quality of a new home. All the doors are look like second hand and all the nail of the door have not been sanded before painting. I have been waiting for a broken door since last September. Today, they come to install a new door, but they said they order a wrong door and don't know when the new door will come. What's a JOKE!

I had a positive experience with Lee Ashworth. He arrived earlier then I was advised by the booking team but didn't mind waiting a few minutes whilst I finished up a call. He was friendly and explained the work he had done and why. He quickly resolved the problem he came to attend and left the area tidy/as he found it.

A customer service technician came to repair holes in the plasterboard made when the electrician when rectifying a small problem. The technician had a lovely manner, bright and cheerful, he proceeded to fill the holes in the plasterboard making no mess.

Lee Ashworth makes you feel very comfortable when he’s in your home; clearly works very hard and keeps you informed throughout the task how it’s going.Unfortunately we still have lots of snags that have not been completed over 10 months after moving in. This is very disappointing.

Excellent experience! I moved to the house in Holmes Chapel for a month and everything works perfectly. Gyĺlian and Lauren from sales team help us a lot during the entire purchase process. After we moved in, site manager Isaac and Andy helped us fix all the snagging issues within short period of time.

I have been dealing with Carol and she has been so helpful, nothing is too much trouble, she has guided me and always made me feel so welcome when I’ve popped in to see her. Rushed, and couldn’t even register us to Royal Mail postcode finder! Cause me all sorts of mither, delivery drivers refusing to drop parcels off. The property is clearly rushed and the amount it snags we had was unreal.

First time buyer experience was made painless! Helen, the sales manager was excellent and made the process seamless. She always made sure every question was answered and went out of her way to make sure buying was my first home was exciting with limited stress. Gaz and Phil on site were and continue to be great. They made sure all snags were addressed and the communication was always clear.
