Excellent service, excellent staff

We just want to put into writing how pleased we are with the flat we have recently purchased and how thankful we are to Sarah for finding us the perfect home. We have been renting through Marsh and Parsons for the two flats we have lived in previously and when it came to buying a flat they really went above and beyond. I have been on many viewings with many many different estate agents over the last year and Sarah Gerrett from Marsh and Parsons has been the nicest and most helpful estate agent out of them all by far. She went out of their way to find places that match our specific requirements and persisted when we were struggling to find one we really liked. Professional and helpful service

Excellent Service

Buying your new home is truly a nail biting experience. Starting with curiosity of what's out there to probability, onto hope .. until finally you just have to have that very flat - nothing else will do. You cannot do it alone unfortunately and that's where you need a first class estate agent to help fulfilling your dream. Kunal Kapoor of the Marsh & Parsons Holland Park branch did just that. He worked relentlessly on the communication chain across all parties (solicitors, estate agent of the selling chain and of course the seller) - giving insight and advising of best next steps and time lines to avoid the chain from breaking at any point.
