Professional, helpful and sensitive

The team at LGYM were very helpful, highly professional and friendly throughout the process. The house was my father's who has moved into a care home and I am very grateful for the sensitivity they showed, as I live quite far away. It was very easy to stay in touch with them and it was helpful too that they were able to arrange the house clearance. Highly recommended; thank-you.

This was my first time purchasing a house in 30 years and if more estate agents were like this I'm sure more houses would be sold, absolute pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to help me. when I come to sell my house, I know who ill be using!

What can I say? I can not thank James enough for all his time and effort he has given me throughout this process. Even though he wasn't technically our agent, he has been incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. Even when I've been impatient, he kept things moving and answered my (many) questions! I've made this more challenging at times, but he has handled everything brilliantly. James and his teams dedication, professionalism, and good sense of humour have made a huge difference. He is not only an excellent estate agent but has also become a good friend x

The whole team at let’s get you moving were amazing helpful through the whole process and are even willing to be of assistance after we bought our house. Stephen could not have done more or been more willing to help and welcome my family to Holbeach which we thank him for, would recommend without a hesitation as they are so much more than estate agents friendly helpful service if you are looking to move this is the number one choice!!!

My husband and I contacted Lets Get You Moving, we made an appointment to view a property, questions were asked not intrusive just the necessary questions needed. An appointment was made, great. We were met by a lovely lady, we have sold around 28 properties in our time and in all the estate agents we have dealt with this lady amazed us with her honesty, no pressure whatsoever, she gave us all the information we needed to know on the property. She was so professional, cheerful and caring, making sure we felt happy, relaxed and well informed without even having to ask. She made us feel she cared and was so helpful and polite. On summing everything up, our viewing with Lets Get You Moving, was a sheer pleasure and left us feeling what a super experience.

Very first conversation was about guzumping as this had just happened to me. Stephen the owner of the business advised that as a family business they had made it a policy not to do this. Guess what they did, yes doesn’t take much working out. Two faced springs to mind. Let’s see how long this review stays on line
