Dear Janice, while I would like to thank you for leaving us a google review I am disappointed to note it is only a 2*. From my initial system search I cannot find any reference under your name other than a property sale back in 2013/2014. If you have an issue with the service received then please speak to the local manager or email me at paul.clark@hillclark.co.uk. Kind regards Paul Clark

Hello Westley, I'm sorry to note your 2* review which I understand may be as a result of you not getting a rental property in Gedney Dyke via our Long Sutton office due to problems with referencing. We can only put forward the information and referencing results provided, ultimately it is our client landlord who takes the decision whether to proceed or not with any application. Paul Clark MD
