Westwood Leber Hertfordshire reviews in Hoddesdon

I thought Westwood Leber would be more reliable in communication than they were. The colleague who attended viewings was fine but communication from this organisation was poor in general. I would not recommend because of this. I dont see the point of inviting people to viewings if you're not interested in putting them forward - perhaps you should ask essential questions PRIOR to inviting people to viewings as to avoid wasting all parties time. As a modern estate agents and the way they have branded themselves, I really expected better. Luckily managed to find elsewhere.

Was a bit hesitant about using a new company for the second time renting out my property however Westwood Leber blew me away with their service from start to finish. Sam, Tom and Jett were all so helpful! I can’t see why anyone would want to use a different agent.

Westwood Leber - Quality all round

I had the pleasure of working with Westwood Leber for both selling my house and renting my flat. Their service was exceptional throughout. Ollie, who has handled the house sale, has been fantastic. Despite a buyer pulling out within 5 days, he quickly found a new buyer and communicated with me every step of the way. Sam, responsible for renting my flat, was equally impressive. Within a week of calling, my 2-bed flat was rented, and the tenants have been happy for 6 months now. I highly recommend Westwood Leber for their quality service and expertise. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Having bought and sold a few times, Westwood Leber have by far run the smoothest sale I’ve ever experienced. From Jacob’s valuation, to Emily & Ollie’s viewings, to Ellis’ sales progression - it was a seamless process. I hope not to move again but if I ever do, rest assured I’ll be in contact!
