An amazing service from all concerned at Anthony Davies. From initial contact, through all the procedures and follow up after our move, they have been thoroughly professional, courteous and customer service oriented at all times. Special mention to Sophie Morgan who was our point of contact and to Jack who was also involved in facilitating our move. A great team and highly recommended.

My first time letting out my property after living in it for 5 years. Jack was professional and helpful from start to finish. He was always on hand to answer any questions that I needed and made me feel very relaxed in a process that can be quite nerve racking. Jack made sure that he explained how everything worked and made me feel at ease every time I spoke to him. Thank you Jack for everything. I will renting my property with you for many years to come and highly recommended others to do so.

I think I must be of the oldest clients for Richard and the team at Anthony Davies, we purchased a flat in 1999 for the sole purpose of letting it out and Richard and his team have managed the rental for all that time and not only have I never had even a week without a tentant I have never had any problems, the time has come to sell the property and Richard Josh and the team have just concluded that sale as well. I cannot recomend them enough, polite hardworking and very efficient. Bob

I would strongly recommend this letting agent. Because from start to finish, they provided an exceptional service that exceeded all my expectations. Their communication was outstanding, they kept me informed every step of the way, promptly answering any questions and addressing concerns with great care. They handled all paperwork efficiently, making the process completely stress-free for me. Especially, Sophie was an incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and approachable team member throughout the entire process. Many thanks to Anthony Davies and the team.

To cut a long story short, Anthony Davies was the third agent we listed our flat with and it was definitely a case of third time lucky. Anthony Davies (and Josh in particular) was by far the most straightforward to deal with of those three, and the most effective too. They got our flat sold with little difficulty and in quite a short space of time after several months of us trying and failing with other agents to secure a reliable sale. Josh is very professional and was always great at responding to emails and calls. We would certainly use Anthony Davies again.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We have just sold our flat through Anthony Davies, and the service from Josh has been exceptional from day 1. Josh managed to find us a buyer within 2 days of putting the property on the market and has been in touch to guide us throughout the whole process. He has chased solicitors and gone above and beyond to ensure our sale went through in challenging times. Very professional and friendly service, would definitely recommend to anybody selling or buying in the area. Thank you!

Being a first time buyer The whole experience was very daunting at the start. Josh made us feel so at ease with the whole process. He was very easy to talk to and also advised us where need be. He was not pushy and respected every decision we made. I would have no hesitation recommend Josh to family and friends.

Anthony Davies are a professional and dynamic estate agent. Josh Newmarch was the person who dealt with the sale of my property. Unfortunately the sale took a long time but this WAS NOT THE FAULT OF ANTHONY DAVIES. Josh and all the staff were so so patient with me calling the office EVERYDAY!! I would recommend Anthony Davies if you want to sell or buy a property.PositiveProfessionalism

If I could put zero star I would. Absolutely horrible agency.. with racist tendencies. I placed an offer the same day I viewed the property - whilst earning way over the financial threshold. The first red flag was when the agent ignored my offer email and accidentally emailed me when he meant to email someone else asking if they liked the property WHEN I had emailed him an offer ?? I constantly had to chase the agent and he would consistently lie about updates even three weeks after the viewing. He never even had the decency to inform me of when the property had been let to someone else. 0/10.

Annie and Jack have been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process of letting a property through Anthony Davies. They’ve always been on hand, with consistent updates from arranging a viewing, awaiting my offer being accepted and securing my tenancy. I’ve been really grateful for the experience I’ve had with them because finding a new property isn’t an easy task. Their customer service has exceeded what I expected, thank you again for everything ☺️.
