I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, but I genuinely felt that the service I received from DPS Letting Group deserved to be recognised. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free, which is not always easy to find when searching for a new place. Vita was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She was incredibly helpful in helping me find a property that suited my needs and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted quickly and efficiently. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I always felt comfortable asking questions or raising anything I wasn’t sure about. The communication was excellent, clear, prompt, and consistent. Any time I had a question, I received a quick and helpful response, which made the whole process feel reassuring and well organised. Things moved quickly without ever feeling rushed, and I was kept informed at every stage. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I booked a viewing and wasnt told that the property had been taken off the market, I had to ring them back myself to find out. Stephen was extremely rude when stating to me ''he just said i was going to get a text to cancel'' when i was obviously quite disheartened to the fact the property i had been extremely interested in and viewing in 2 days wasnt available anymore. Can't imagine the attitude you would receive when actually under contract with them.

Only words of appreciation! Been with this agency since 2017, had couple of issues like in every house but the lady from the agency ( Vita ) was and still is EXTREMELY HELPFUL . She does everything just to make us happy. If anything is going wrong she gets hold of the right people that can sort out our issue. Had another agency before them and they were awful!! I am very happy that I met Vita ! She knows how to respect people and their needs. I wish I could give more than 5 starts...

We have been renting for over a year, never had issues with the Estate agents themselves. Had issues with the boiler and the engineer however the issues were resolved, a new boiler was put in. The estate agents are professional and understanding especially the manager. We would strongly recommend renting from them.
