GoogleWe rented with Awards property management for 2 years and our experience was exceptional. Jen was excellent at responding to any questions we had or issues we faced. Whenever repairs were required Noel was always a pleasure to have round and did a great job at sorting everything out for us. We eventually needed to move after our family grew and Jen was so supportive, making the whole process smooth and stress free.

Google‘I contacted Andrew for advice on how to seek possession of my property. Andrew didn’t hesitate to help in relation to what documents to serve to my tenants and explained the court process. He was very friendly and was on hand to answer any of my queries even after office hours. I would highly recommend this small independent run business if you require any services in relation to letting a property or property management. True experts in their field’.

GoogleFrom the very first time we met they have been nothing but professional and helpful with us and our Property that we let out with their management. As soon as contact was made they acted extremely promptly and within weeks our property was on the rental market and within hours we had a tenant. They keep us up to date with any issues or maintenance work needed and they have a maintenance man that carries out the work at a very good rate and extremely quickly. Our property is checked every three months and we have no concerns ever that our property is not being looked after. We couldn't ask for more from a Management company and would recommend anyone to use this extremely amazing team. Many thanks.
