Richard and Jon provided an excellent service for our recent house move. They made the buying and selling process as straight forward as it can be. They are reliable, accommodating and very knowledgeable. They offer competitive rates for house selling. My biggest worry with moving house was being with an agent who didn't know what was going on. Jon and Richard were fully aware of who we were, where in the process things were and the next steps which were needed. If you want an agent who is able to provide a personalised service RH is for you. They respect their customers as people and not just another sale !

Our house sold (sstc) in about 2 weeks (cannot remember exactly how long). If we ever moved in the future, we would defo use RH Homes again!

This was a probate-related sale and took much longer than we hoped (because of the slowness of the probate service). Richard and Jon, who are both very conversant with the local property market and are especially pleased to help local clients, directed the initial marketing and sale with great efficiency and professionalism and stayed in touch with both us, as the executors of the will, and the prospective purchaser, throughout the ensuing months of delay. The result was that the purchaser did not lose interest and the sale was eventually completed to the satisfaction of all parties. In addition RH fees were very competitive. And they liaised at all times with both sets of solicitors Based on our experience, we would recommend RH Homes unreservedly. We would certainly use them again if it came to another sale in the area.

They supported us along the way when things didn’t necessarily go to plan and always had an answer to our queries. Both Jon and Richard are punctual and easy to get hold of. We decided to choose a local estate agent rather than any large online estate agency. We invited a selection of estate agents and chose RH Homes and Property to sell our Mother's property. They took time, offered a personalised, bespoke service and were excellent value for money. From start to finish, they kept us informed, advised us using their many years of professional expertise. If we asked a question, they would come back with the answer in very good time, either by phone call or email. They also helped with other things not directly their remit. Moving a few large items, meter readings etc. which were difficult for us living so far away. They also showed much sensitivity and understanding with the circumstances of this sale.
