We have bought a house via haart estate agents. Jan was the estate agent, she went above and beyond our expectations consistently. She kept us informed throughout from before viewing. She met us on a Saturday to get our IDs checked as weekday work hours were challenging for us. She chased throughout the chain and got queries answered very quickly when asked. She got back to us very quickly whenever we emailed or called. She was absolutely exceptional throughout we've never come across an estate agent who is as good as her before, if you want to work with Haart Hinckley make sure you request Jan.

My wife and I are currently in the process of selling our house with Haart. Our house renovation was almost complete and we had plans to sell later in the year but after receiving a letter from Haart, we decided to enquire and Jan gave us the confidence to proceed. Our house has been on the market for less than a week and Jan has already been able to secure us a number of viewings and an asking price offer, despite there still being a number of finishing touches left to complete on the renovation. Jan has been fantastic so far and very attentive, answering all our questions and advising us how best to proceed. I will come back to update the review once we complete the sale, but so far we are very happy and are confident that this will continue.

The thing that impressed was her knowledge. She clearly articulated the steps we need to take as one might expect but she also had good knowledge of the local area. Had our valuation meeting today with Janine from Haart Hinckley, and so excited to get our property on the market with her. We had a lovely meeting and felt like she really understood the market and how best to advertise our property for sale. Im not sure about renting but as far as sales go, i dont think they could sell water to a dying african. Very bad communication between them and the home owners, i nearly went and drove to the house to discuss it with the owners directly. Well, 6 months later, i have a house and they are still trying to sell that property, now at a reduced price, they really missed the ball on that one
