10/10 couldn't recommend enough - we purchased a property from Scoffield Stone and the communication was amazing from Claire and Alexandra. We felt very supported from the first viewing up to completion. Claire and Mark were extra supportive on the day of completion and arranged key drop off so we could ensure we got the property that day. Mark even came with a box of chocs for Christmas! We would highly recommend Scoffield Stone Estate Agents, Hilton, Derbyshire if you are thinking of selling your home. We recently, marketed and SSTC our home with them and received at all times an excellent service from start to finish. The valuation from Paul was accurate. He carefully considered our own thoughts and ideas on value and worked with us, to agree how we would market the property initially. This approach, combined with his own extensive agency expertise and experience, ensured a sale. His enthusiastic and professional approach to his business and the industry is commendable. This was also emanated, by his team Claire and Alexandra, who worked diligently, to arrange appointments, negotiate offers and progress the sale for us. They too were excellent and highly skilled in their work. They responded well to any concerns we had and helped us through the complexities of our conveyance. Their office phones lines and emails were always answered promptly and courteously, and we always felt welcomed in the office, if we needed to discuss anything we wanted clarification on. We have used Scoffield Stone as our letting agents for our apartment in Mickleover for the past 4 years. Could not recommend these estate agents enough! It was our first time selling a house, and we didn’t really know who to chose or what to expect, but having connections to the area we wanted to chose a local business and support, and the house we liked was being sold by Scoffield Stone likewise. Such a good decision! Scoffield dealt with our sale/purchase and I honestly cannot praise Alex or Claire highly enough, they are amazing! They constantly provided updates, chased enquiries and are really friendly and easy to talk to as well, which helps a lot with the anxiety of a house sale! When arranging viewings for our sale the process was smooth & easy to do so. Communication is honestly excellent with this estate agents (Alex and Claire), emails are always answered same day, which when you are selling/buying is such a reassurance. They truly know the market and, unlike the other Agents, took everything into consideration about my property before valueing.
