Woodend Estates Hillingdon reviews

I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin through a friend as I needed to get a valuation done for my flats, Kevin was punctual, he took a look around and was very friendly and professional. He offered some really good advice on how to decorate the flats and what repairs and touch ups needed doing to add value to them, he was very knowledgeable and showed me some ideas. I spoke about potentially selling one of the flats and he had similar properties in the area to show me what kind of price I could potentially achieve and how much to market the property at realistically. Kevin put me in touch with a professional photographer who arranged to take pictures of my flat but unfortunately I decided to keep it to rent out. Throughout my dealing with Kevin I can say he was very honest, knowledgeable and professional offering advice where needed and making the whole selling/renting process hassle free, I would definitely recommend him to others. Thank you Kevin

Kevin at Woodend Estates was absolutely brilliant when I was selling my flat. His expertise, professionalism, and dedication were evident from start to finish. He provided excellent advice on pricing and marketing, which resulted in multiple offers. Despite some complexities and hold ups outside his control, Kevin was always available to answer questions, and he handled all the paperwork with meticulous care. He made the entire process as stress-free as is humanly possible. His calm and friendly approach made life easier for me. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property!

I highly recommend Rizwan Ahmed from Woodend Estate. They provided excellent service and made the entire process of finding a home smooth and stress-free. Thanks to their professionalism and dedication, we were able to get a beautiful house, and we are extremely happy with their support. In the future as well, if I ever need to recommend someone, it will definitely be Woodend Estate. I have complete trust in them.

My family has been working for many, many years. They are efficient, honest and give great advise. There is always a wide range of properties to buy or rent. They can organise everything for you. We have also purchased and let properties through them and service has always been top notch.

Raj and team at Woodend Mortgages are the best in town. I have used them for several applications. And Raj’s eye for detail ensures that the application will be successful. No wonder they have 100% success rate. I have recommended Raj to friends and they were equally impressed. Thank you Raj and Kayleigh.

Woodend Estates have been excellent from the moment I reached out looking to rent my property. The initial meeting with Raj was positive , reassuring and welcoming and they really care about managing your property and keep upto date. We are happy with the services from Raj and his team. Compared to other agencies where you are just a number the staff here seems to care about doing a good job. I highly recommend Woodend Estates for thei services for Renting, selling ,Buying or any other financial services.

If you require your deposit at the end of your tenanacy, avoid this agents at all cost. Lived in property for over 9 years. No maintenance, improvement or repairs for over 9 yrs from them. Spent my own funds improving, repairing, painting, plastering leaks, kitchen, bathroom, garage for over 9 years. They lied at end of tenancy that l did damage. Refused to return my deposit. And even attempted extorting thousands from me, stating l did damage to the house, despite spending my own money for 9 years to renovate the property. Avoid at all cost.
