GoogleAfter finishing countract, try to keep all deposid. Reason was maitanaces cost for pipes making strange sound witch was in the wall. Also rented time there was shower leak witch start damaging wall from another side. They fix shower after good month but wall from another side was left to me to fix.

YellDONT HOUSE WITH REINHARDT ESTATE AGENTS
This estate agent is the worst possible DO NOT go with them. I live at the property they have down Waltham avenue and the situation of the house is absolutely miserable, the tiles are broken in the kitchen, the ceiling leaks, there are regular infestations of slugs and rodents as there are so many holes leading to the inside of the house. They only buy faulty equipment and never reply to any emails or phone calls. If they do then they always have the same answer “THE LANDLORD IS NIT RESPONDING, WE ARE STILL WAITING”. Now they have started to say they will evict us because we complained about them to the private homing sector. The agency do not care about their tenants and treat us badly

GoogleRented property from Reinhardt estate agents and they helped me and kept me informed throughout process.They even came specially on bank holiday to handover keys. Really appreciate your help .Very professional

GoogleNot recommended this estate agents at all. Poor service and non cooperative staff. Especially the property which they got at Clayton Road Ground floor Hayes. I used to live at that property and the situation of the property was miserable. Full of mould and damp. Never fix anything at that property by this estate agents on time. Always I used to call and email them again and again for the same reason and they got one answer "LANDLORD IS NOT RESPONDING, WE ARE STILL WAITING" lame excuses!! At the end when no other option left to me, I had to reported to council to sort out my problems for this dirty, mouldy and miserable property at Clayton Road Ground floor. Moreover, they are a big liar aswell. They cheated on me with my deposit also. They will never ever admit their own mistake and they will never accept what they says to you. I am thankful to God that I moved out from this property and left this estate agents. Terrible experience of my life!! Please avoid this estate agents.

FacebookI was tenant. Very slow response and attention to solve the problem when we had leak from ceiling on lighting switcher and all wall was wet and moldy between shower and kitchen. We was waiting 2.5 months then it was fixed. Also, we should get deposit back within 10 working days by contract. Agency told I should get after two weeks. I was patient and I call in morning after two weeks and asked will I get answer from landlord about deposit today agency said YES... I call 5.30pm and got answer "you don't need call every day. We are not dealing with deposit".

Most courteous service from the moment I was shown the property, to the tedious later stage of getting the necessary paperwork sorted out.
