Red Pad Estate Agent ★☆☆☆☆ I have had an absolutely terrible experience with Red Pad.Their service has been completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and unreliable. We have been struggling to remove tenants from our property, and instead of assisting us properly, they have been nothing but uncooperative and evasive. Despite repeated requests, they failed to provide us with updates on when they spoke to the tenants or even confirm if they had done so. They never gave us a clear timeline, leaving us in the dark about the whole process. Their incompetence and lack of action directly led to us losing our case in court for property possession, causing us significant financial and emotional stress. It is clear that they have no concern for landlords or their responsibilities. If you are a landlord looking for a reliable and professional agency, avoid them at all costs. Their negligence has cost us dearly, and we would never recommend them to anyone. Useless and completely untrustworthy.

I have known this state agent for all most for 3 years I have rented houses from them when I was rented they asked my iD And i gave them my photo ID and I just find that they sold my Id’s to some sarafi mean people they send money to Afghanistan and I asked them but they didn’t say anything to me but I know they this state agent sell Afghani ID to them and they do money laundering by your name so please don’t give them your photo ID thanks
