We worked with Zubair Malik and Jason Vimpany to sell a property for a relative. A complicated sale but both Zubair and Jason have gone above and beyond what one would normally expect from an Estate Agent. They have done a sterling job in negotiating the sale and showing persistence. They have always responded immediately to our calls and emails, and kept us fully in the picture at all times. We can thoroughly recommend both of them, and are now looking to purchase another property through Haart.

I dealt with Zubair malik from hillingdon office , firstly I was looking around west Drayton area to buy a house through Zubair Malik after weeks and weeks as I did not like anything Zubair recommended me the area of hillingdon and found the best house for me and my family , he knew all my requirements and knew exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond to secure a house for me. I must recommend Zubair to all my friends and family and will give him business in the future as I absolutely enjoyed working with him. Even Though he was gone away on holiday and I was struggling to speak to solicitors etc the day he had come back he literally speeded up the whole legal process for me with the solicitors and now we have exchanged , I must say Mr Zubair Malik is a brilliant asset too Haart estate agents or too any company he goes for, they need people like him, now that my friends are looking for a house I have already recommended Zubair to them.

I had the pleasure of dealing with the team at the Haart branch in Hillingdon and can only recommend them. They have been great from start to finish. Particular thanks go to Jason Vimpany and Dean Boreham, who made sure I was kept up to date on a weekly basis with regards to viewings and how things were progressing. They only presented me with any sensible and serious offers. They solicitors they referred me to have also been excellent, and the entire process went extremely smoothly. I used Haart when I first bought the property I have now sold, and engaged them again based on my very positive experience last time round. And I have not been disappointed. They aren't the cheapest, but I guess you get what you pay for - a personalised service. You don't just feel like a number. Well worth the money." Thank you for making this such a smooth experience. Haart Hillingdon are very professional and work hard to ensure we got the best price for our property. The buyers for the property fell through twice but Zubair Malik our estate agent managed to literally have viewings lined up for the next day and days to follow, that reassured us that the property would sell in the quickest time possible. Zubair Malik kept me informed every step of the way, I felt very confident in his ability as an estate agent and would recommend both Zubair and the rest of the Haart Hillingdons teams services to anyone and everyone. I would like to express my gratitude in regards to the professional manner in which Zubair Malik assisted me with my property search.He listened to my requirements and found exactly what I was looking for. I was a first time buyer and Mr Zubair advised me that he will guide me all the way. However when the advice is too forceful to change my financial adviser to the one advised by the agency it is like pestering and irritating to such an extent that I dreaded the calls from the agency and sometimes did not reply. As per the few financial advisers I had contacted prior to my house buying, I was informed that the buying process takes about 8-12 weeks and whatever was in my hand, I was prompt in my response. The only thing that took time was verification of my employment status, by the lender. Also I was advised by my broker that the home buyer survey should be done only after the mortgage is passed otherwise it's waste of survey fees if the mortgage is not cleared. But the agency tried very hard to dissuade me from doing home buyer survey - a) by not giving the appointment to the surveyor, b) telling me that the LENDERS EVALUATION IS GOOD ENOUGH AND HOME BUYER SURVEY IS NOT REQUIRED, c) it’s too late to survey and the deal will be cancelled. However the solicitor advised me that lender evaluation is not equivalent to survey and it's my call whether to do home buyer survey. The agency lied to the seller that the deal is delayed because of my doing survey, the fact is, as per my solicitor there are Searches in progress and the deal will not be completed before that. Furthermore, I had asked for the appointment with the seller for survey, first on 23 Oct which was not confirmed by the agency and finally managed to do on 30 Oct and the final set of documents were received from solicitor on 8 Nov. Therefore the deal was not delayed because of the survey. We were very depressed as the agency gave us unnecessary stress. We were very relieved when the contract was at last exchanged on 14 Nov. Our offer was accepted on 10 Sep and it was about 8 weeks, thanks to Mr. Zubair for his understanding.

We asked Haart to come and value our house back in April 2018, everything was good so we went ahead and put our property on the market, at first we just let Haart do there own thing no chasing or ringing to see how things were going, didn’t get much interest so lowered the house price, then we eventually got a offer, so we went ahead with that, but then after a good few weeks unfortunately fell through, Haart we’re really good in the beginning tried to get new buyers etc we had a totally of 3 buyers throughout a period of 7 months, all which fell through, we don’t really know why they all fell through, if it was down to Haart not doing checks properly or the buyers, we’ll never know. We then got a last and final buyer at this point this whole house selling process was becoming very stressful as we had a house that we wanted to buy to and we didn’t want to loose it, so at this point we don’t feel like Haart kept us informed enough we was constantly calling to get an update, felt like they ignored calls somtimes as they knew our number by now. We kept being told we was ready to exchange over the last 3 weeks everyday we was told oh no this went wrong or that went wrong, being told wrong information basically. In the end we got the buyers contact number which made things so much easier than going through Haart, we felt like the buyer told the truth as to what was going on and how much work was left to do until we could actually exchange. We did have a few runs ins with Haart regarding wrong or false information or just telling me what we wanted to hear on the phone. So we eventually exchanged and completed, never got a call from Haart on completion day to say that it had all gone through which made us a little upset considering the amount of money they charge. All in all the sale of our house took a considerable long time however we did get there in the end, I’m not saying Haart are bad people think they tired there best with what they’d been given but more contact and correct, truthful information passed to us would have been better. It has made us never want to move house again, it was so so stressful, but this is the first time I’ve moved so maybe it’s like that? Who knows. Haart have got decent people working for them, maybe our house was just harder to sell than others. We do thank you for selling our house and appreciate the time and effort spent on it.
