GoogleI only reached out to make an enquiry , but I was really impressed with how professional and responsive they were. Even though my call was briefly on hold, I was quickly connected to the right agent and got clear answers without any fake promises of “we’ll call you back.” It’s rare to get that kind of honesty and good communication these days , definitely a 5-star experience just from the first contact!

GoogleHad a really good experience with the commercial warehouse team at Galaxy Real Estate. After my enquiry was overlooked a few times, one of their agents Harveen Chopra picked up my call last week and made sure everything finally moved forward. Now i am in the process of getting a viewing for a warehouse in Birmingham . Really appreciated the helpful and professional service.

GoogleI strongly advise against using this estate for letting. In my experience, they took my money and their legal team moved unbelievably slowly. Eighteen months later, I’m still waiting for basic issues to be sorted out. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing processes I’ve dealt with, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same thing.
