GoogleI had a terrible experience with this property dealer. They were extremely unresponsive, I had to make countless phone calls just to get basic information about a property | was interested in. Even after finally getting a response, their attitude was unprofessional and dismissive.
The worst part was regarding the holding deposit. After deciding not to go ahead with the property (due to their delays and lack of communication), they were completely unwilling to return my holding deposit, even though no proper agreement had been finalized. This felt dishonest and unfair.
I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this agency. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and questionable business practices. Definitely not recommended.
