Must thank the team at Charrison Davis for their outstanding service and professionalism from them when dealing with a tricky sale, nothing was to much trouble for Michael and he answered all of my queries promptly and with a personal touch. Having Charrison Davis on board as my preferred choice of agents when dealing with my property portfolio makes me feel confident about the future in these uncertain times. Once again a heartfelt thanks for your sterling service.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Archie assisted my client with her first home purchase and she was very proactive and kept us all update on the process and chased vendor's solicitor when she had to get things back on track

Mark and the whole team at Kingshill branch worked together to get our property sold. We had many viewings, and offers, albeit silly ones! However we got there in the end! Thank you all. K & B

Absolutely Fraudulent People!!!!!! I enquired about a property. They are telling buy to let customers that only residential buyers can purchase the property and telling residential customers that only buy to let customers can purchase… (isn’t that fraud?) This is probably an under the table deal. Very Fraudulent Estate Agents!!!!!
