The frustrating experience of dealing with a tenant who hadn’t paid rent for 4 months and an accounting team who hadn’t chased the debt, contacted the guarantor or provided an account statement during the period. I was most frustrated when calling the area office. However, Rebecca answered my call and listened to my issues, heard my frustration and took the time to agree a course of action. Not only did she accurately outline the situation, advise what steps she would take to gather the information and committed to contacting me with updates. To be called back with an update was most refreshing and unusual having previously left more than 5 messages for a manager and not receiving a call back.

Despite a very complicated situation on the seller's side, Jamie guided us through the entire process with utmost professionalism. A review for Shelby Chandler-Wootton as she was our middle to last contact who helped achieve what we thought was the impossible. She went out of her way to make sure our buyer was getting stuff done. We believe between her and a 3rd party involved with the purchase of our new home, they got this done on time! We thank you so much for pushing our buyer because we soon learnt a few weeks after moving that they had absolutely no interest in living in our old home and have now LET this out thus confirming why it was more stressful waiting on them getting documents sent (they didnt really care it seemed, either too layed back or incompetent). We genuinely thought we were going to lose our buyer 1 week before Completion and by this point, both us and our sellers were already underway with moving and selling items. Shelby did what she could to get this over the line so we thank you!
