We had such a great experience with Andrews who helped us secure our first tenancy. As first time renters, we had a lot of questions and were honestly quite unsure about the whole process, but the team were incredibly helpful, patient and supportive from start to finish. I recently let my 2 bedroom property through Andrews Residential and I can honestly say that the whole experience from start to finish was seamless.. The admin team - Georgia and Manveer - sent out relevant documents at the appropriare time and were always on hand to answer any queries. My lettings agent was Melroy and he was a delight to work with. He made what could have been a very stressful process a very calm and stress free experience He answered my emails promptly and kept me updated throughout every step of the process. The team that supports us consistently ensures everything runs smoothly and gives us real peace of mind. We recently purchased our first home through this agency, and unfortunately our experience was quite disappointing, particularly on the day of key collection. As first-time buyers, my husband and I had certain expectations for such an important milestone. We had hoped to meet the agent in person at the property, especially as we had never met before. Instead, we were simply given instructions to collect the keys from a key safe near the front door. The experience felt impersonal and underwhelming for what should have been a special moment. There was no walkthrough of the property, no guidance on things like meter readings, and no explanation of which keys operated which locks. To make matters worse, the agent left the group chat before we even had the chance to say thank you or ask any final questions. We also ran into an issue where we were locked out of one of the doors and, with no support available, had to break the glass to get back inside. This added unnecessary stress to what should have been a positive day. Overall, the experience made us feel like just another sale rather than valued clients. It was upsetting, as we had imagined the day would be handled with more care and consideration. As first-time buyers, that moment is really important, and we feel it was taken away from us.
