We cannot recommend Appleby's highly enough. Making the mistake of initially using another firm, we contacted Wayne to help us sell our house and to find our dream home. He was able to do both. Nothing is too much trouble for Wayne and the team, they will keep in regular contact with updates, making sure we understood and were happy with every part of the process. Wayne makes you feel part of the family and that everything he does is above and beyond anything we've ever experienced before. I'm sat writing this in my new dream home and it's all because of the outstanding work of the guys at Appleby's. Thank you Wayne and Julie. 😍

We recently sold our house through Appleby's. They had a few properties on the market that caught our eye so decided to go with them when selling ours. we are so glad we did! What an amazing service from Wayne and his team. We were kept fully informed from valuation through to completion, Wayne was ‘on the ball’ at every step in the process. Conveyancers can be quite elusive, Wayne and the team didn’t let them off the hook for a minute! Always professional, always replying to emails and returning calls if not immediately available, highly recommended when you need a reliable agent for selling your home.

Appleby’s sold my house last week. It was one of the easiest house moves I’ve had...and I’ve moved a lot!
