GoogleI recently contacted Thara Properties in search of a place to rent for me and my husband. After arranging a viewing, I had to ask 3 separate times for a viewing confirmation. I was told it would be sent on the day of the viewing or that they would send it before the end of the day, yet nothing.
Still, we decided to go ahead with the viewing, which was at 5:15 pm. We were at the property, calling and emailing to ask where he ( the agent) was or where we should park, but again no response. Me and my husband get frustrated and leave and then at 5:25 I get a call from the agent asking where we are. Beyond unprofessional, if he was running late, he could have very well called me to let me know or check up on us regarding where we are at 5:15.

GoogleI had a very bad experience with Thara Properties. When I rented a property, the boiler didn’t work, and I had to spend the whole month with cold water. Now that I’ve moved out, they are refusing to return my deposit. It seems like they’re just out to make money. I would not recommend trusting them or paying any deposit to them.
Answering your reply
It's not true, what you are explaining. First of all, if the boiler and fridge were not working properly, you should have fixed them before renting out the property. Secondly, if you are claiming that you deducted the amount for those damages, there should be proof, such as bills or receipts, to support that. I asked you for evidence, but you didn’t provide anything.
This is not appropriate behavior when dealing with a client. I’m sorry to say that your way of handling this situation and deducting the deposit without any proof is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I can no longer trust you, and I will not recommend anyone to deal with you in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We would like to address and clarify a few of the points you raised.
Firstly, regarding the boiler issue, this did not last a whole month. Once the landlord was informed, a contractor was promptly arranged. The delay in resolving the matter was due to scheduling conflicts between the contractor’s availability and yours, not due to any inaction on our part.
Secondly, in relation to your deposit return, we would like to clarify that at no point did we refuse to return your deposit. We did inform you that the property had not been cleaned upon your departure, and there was also damage to a blind and repainting required. These were valid reasons for deductions, which you accepted. The remaining balance of your deposit was subsequently returned.
We aim to resolve all issues fairly and in line with tenancy agreements and deposit protection regulations.

After this, I gave one more chance to the agency and booked another appointment but in this time, they said they don't have the property what i booked for. So why was it on the website? Badly, but it's not updated.
The lady said, the manager will call me but i was never called.

Dear Harshdeep, thank you for your feedback just to confirm that never did any of our agents mention that your deposit will not be returned nor that you are not a priority nor that your money will not be eaten. First and foremost we advised you that consistent phone calls making demands is not the way to go about resolving a deposit dispute and to keep correspondence via email which you understood and did. Then we explained to you that we require the other individual on the tenancy agreements confirmation before we could move further which you provided. We then explained to you that we will be making certain deductions to the deposit due to 2 broken doors which you accepted. Therefore the remainder of your deposit was returned resolving the matter.

I had a viewing booked, turned up at the property and the estate agents called me to say the person who’s meant to be showing me the property is stuck and won’t make it. The call was made at the time when the viewing is booked, no notice.
Be careful when you book viewings with these estate agents, as there is a high chance the viewing will be either moved, or cancelled with no notice.
