Excellent service from start to finish. Nick guided us through the sale of my partners bungalow with the ups and downs of selling which included a a buyer pulling out just before exchange to then securing us with another buyer almost immediately, ensuring we secured the purchase of our new home. Moving house never goes smoothly but with Nick guiding us through the journey this was eased somewhat. Would highly recommend Nick and Felicity. Great Team!!

Ryan was great right from the start. He was super helpful in advice before marketing. He was enthusiastic about finding a buyer. Lucy supported with all the admin and was very professional throughout. Their fees are slightly lower than other agents but this doesn’t mean you get less of a service. I have dealt with high street agents and did not rate them at all. Would not hesitate to recommend Ewemove as I felt they were so focused on our property and got the sale over the line. Can’t thank k them enough.

Cannot thank Ryan and Lucy enough for helping us secure our first home. Thanks to their professionalism and outgoing assistance we were able to view, offer and complete within just 3 weeks! Ryan has guided us through the house in both viewings and has always been friendly, enthusiastic and ready to answer all our questions. Ryan and Lucy were brilliant throughout the process of me putting my flat on the rental market for the first time. They truly have a very transparent approach, and made every effort to make sure they communicated with me at every stage. They always consulted me before any action was put in place. It was very refreshing to have very knowledgeable, thorough and organised estate agents, who did not put any pressure on me or use manipulative sales tactics. They were simply invested in finding me the best possible tenant and managed to secure exactly this in just 5 days! There were a lot of viewing requests, but Ryan and Lucy always checked in with me, and made sure these were timed so that there would be minimal disruption to me. I felt very safe in their hands, and have absolute confidence they will look after my home and tenant as they manage the property going forward.

I really can’t recommend Ewe Move and Edward Jarvis enough. We initially had our house on the market with a big chain estate agent. It was listed with them for many months and we grew tired of new staff arriving not knowing the house and unable to answer potential buyers questions. Unsurprisingly we received no offers or if we did nowhere near asking price. Edward was different. Edward conducted every viewing himself and knew it inside and out. Any question buyers had he knew the answer. His marketing of the property was impressive, lots high quality photographs of all the rooms and a professional looking video tour of the house. It took Edward less than a week to sell our house and we got asking price for it which we were very happy with. Post sale Edward was very helpful and accommodating and we managed to sell and buy our new property in these unprecedented times. We were one of the lucky few. Anyone who is planning on selling their home I would recommend Ewe Move every time.

Ryan and Lucy have been absolutely incredible estate agents, from when they first came to offer some advise 2 years ago and value the house to when we eventually decided was the right time to buy. Together as a team they make you feel valued as a client and will answer the phone or emails all throughout the day (and late into night) there professionalism throughout the process and help they offer from how to prepare the house, coming to take photos and throughout the process is second to none! They add that personal touch and will go out there way to help with questions, chasing solicitors, putting on the pressure with other estate agents and just being on the phone to rant to if something isnt going the way you thought it should with the conveyancing process. I am so glad we went with them as they make you feel like you are there only customer and will do everything they can to help. If you have a house sale or letting coming up I would 100% recommend them. Give them a call and they will make you feel 100% confident straight away and they follow it all the way through to completion. Thanks for making such a stressful period that bit easier and reassuring me it would all come good at the end. You have enabled us to buy our dream house down by the coast.
