Liz Ryan Phibsborough branch

As an investor,developer and home owner I am hugely impressed by Liz Ryan of Sherry Fitzgerald's Phibsborough branch. I am more knowledgeable than most about the property market so can speak with experience and say that she is one of the best agents in the city. Liz is honest, professional, incisive, informative and empathic. She has a great knowledge of the Dublin 7 market. She offers no false hopes in order to get the business and is spot on in her predictions. She appeals to both buyers and sellers. As a seller I am impressed at how well she relates to buyers, always keeping all bidders on board, as often the highest bidder may pull out. When it happened in my case Liz assured me in her calm manner that it wasn't going to be an issue. I was especially impressed by the sensitivity Liz showed in selling the family home after my mother's death. Liz has handled two sales for me and I would have no hesitation in recommending her highly.

Excellent communication throughout and plenty of assistance with the whole process. As first time buyers we were quite new to the process. Horrible experience renting with them

Horrible experience renting with them. I visited the apartment that had faulty balcony door, which they said would be fixed before I move in. It was not fixed, the house was extremely dirty with food residue in the fridge, many light bulbs not working (they fixed it after a week). Right now, more than 2 weeks after moving in, the balcony door is still not fixed. I’ll never rent with them again.

Long-Term Tenants - Excellent Service

We were tenants of a Sherry Fitz property for almost 7 years, and were always happy with how they handled our inquiries. They were also very helpful when it came to us moving out, and accommodated us when we needed to change the date. SF also returned our deposit promptly. Incidentally, Paul, who was responsible for conducting the intermittent inspections, was an absolute delight!

This company is amazing especially Mark Lawlor. They sold my house quickly and efficiently. It was really easy to catch Mark on the phone for any queries. He did a great job in getting the best price for my house whilst having great integrity by giving transparent information both to me and to the buyers. He guided me and provided excellent advice from start to finish. I give Sherry Fitzgerald 5 stars and will definitely use them in the future. They are a little dearer than other companies but it's worth it for a seamless service. I got a valuation from another company for the same house and they valued it €105k lower than what Sherry Fitzgerald valued it at and obtained so Sherry Fitzgeralds valuations are more accurate.

We sold a house in Galway with Sherry…

We sold a house in Galway with Sherry Fitz. I really regret choosing them. We did had some bad luck. The agent had an illness mid way the sale and then another agent had to sell it who'd no interest as, our property was small. But also, their process is to only do viewings twice a week. If people couldn't make those viewings they wouldn't show them the house. It definitely didn't show the house to all those who might have been interested. The second agent didn't follow up with several people who'd shown interest, despite me asking if she did. Over all, there far better agents in Galway who are flexible and will do more work to show your house. Before you sell, contact a few agents as if you are buying and see how easy the make it to view a house etc. Wish I'd done that.

Ultimately, Julian’s advice proved to be invaluable and resulted in a far greater price for our house. Both Eoin and Julian were able to focus our decision making process entirely and took all the stress out of the whole selling process. My first dealings with Catherine was months ago when she returned my call about a property for sale. Catherine was honest and to the point concerning all dealings and although that particular property didn't work out I was assured that the right one would turn up, and it did. Catherine was available to take a call or returned a what's app message promptly. I was always made aware of what was happening and expected timelines which gave a welcomed security to the unknown day to day unraveling of the sale. I was successful in my purchase and subsequently chose Catherine to sell my own property because she is a professional genuine person that understands the importance and impact of her dealings in a very big decision for most people. I rented a house with my ex girlfriend, unfortunately we broke up. She contacted the real estate because I was leaving the house to include another person in the contract, they made an agreement with my ex to pay only her part because they will sell the house in 2 months. After this they decided to try to find some excuse for don't pay back complaining about the mattresses, luckily we had pictures to prove was so bad. Later on was excuses about don't have acess to his father account because he passed way. An huge company should not support this kind of things.

Very annoyed with sherry fitzgerald tallaght. Mislead about a few things during the already stressful process of buying apartment. I was told on a couple of occasions that furniture was included so I gave all my furniture to charity shop, only to find a completely empty apartment to move into. Have to now spend money I don't have to buy a whole new set of furniture on Christmas week. Very unprofessional people.

OH, my God! they are careless and 100% unprofessional. We traveled to Ireland to see their propriety. The call center girl was dry manners like she was doing a huge favor to call you and let you visit the room. The man to show the house came late, forgot the keys, and didn't have a clue about the house. The property was dirty, smelling, and damaged. The next day when we asked questions about the house's functioning they got angry and someone informed us that the house had been rented. I wonder if there is a worse service than that. My experience was below the expectations. I hope that the Irish real state market can not be based on that, no respect to the prospect.

Web chat gave no info just looking for as much pers information they can get out of yoy

I went on Sherry Fitzgerald website sat 15June24. I was looking at specific property and an offer to chat popped up "what do you want to know about this property" I replied is this still on the market and if so what is the current highest offer. Chat replied "great question who am I talking to" I gave my name. Then chat asked for my phone number then my email. I asked again if the property was still on the market. Chat asked me if I was also selling. I said no. Chat then told me they were at home,had no access to information and someone would contact me Monday. I was duped into giving my info under the belief that the person chatting could answer basic questions. I went on the website again and got another offer to chat. I was curious so I started to chat again. Again they asked for my name. I replied that before I gave them my personal info could they tell me some basic info. The person chatting said they could see I had been talking to a colleague. I asked what the point of all this was as they could not answer basic questions. The person chatting then wrote " I think we've lost the connection are you still there" I answered yes I'm still here. But I got a message saying connection lost. The whole thing seems like a scam to get personal info. Is this chat run by Sherry Fitzgerald and do they take responsibility for keeping it secure. All they needed to have is a recorded message that the office is closed contact them Monday.
