I met Julia from EweMove Sales and Lettings (Hexham & Tyne Valley) for a property appraisal back in September following some renovations, and I was genuinely impressed with the whole experience. The booking process was straightforward, and Julia was punctual, professional and very friendly and easy to deal with from the outset. The appraisal itself was thorough and clearly well thought through, she took the time to understand the property properly and explained her views in a clear, balanced and commercially realistic way. What stood out in particular was her market knowledge and the way she communicated it. There was no pressure, just sensible, well-reasoned advice, which made the whole process feel both reassuring and informative. It was also very easy to ask questions and discuss different options. Julia clearly takes pride in what she does and in supporting clients across Hexham and the Tyne Valley. I would highly recommend Julia to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, approachable and reliable estate and lettings agent.
