GoogleWas very hesitant to view this place because of the negative reviews here; eventually decided to give it a chance. Dave did the viewing and was very helpful and showed us four properties when we weren't happy with the scheduled one, eventually rented one of the four bedrooms houses. The house is nice and well built, appliances are good, and the area is clean and very quiet. Been here for the past two months and haven't had any issues with the surrounding area

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting area/estate, thefts from peoples garden most weeks and glass all over local town, kids ride around on stolen mopeds in balaclavas, if you visit the area for a few hours with your car doors locked, you'll understand. also check out place first google reviews (view lowest), shocking company who lack any communication with residents and ignore problems for months. its Easington lane as well, not Hetton when searching, huge local problem with illegal substances, police even hate visiting the area and we've had armed police from Newcastle visit a few times as local police lack resources, just avoid for an easy peaceful life

GoogleLovely, new, well designed houses for rent. Strong water flow Hot and cold water Gas heating 2 floors Plenty of parking spaces Fully furnished Secure With a small garden The only problem is that some rooms are quite small.
