FacebookWe sold our house and bought a house from Deb at Grosvenor Properties . Deb and her team worked so hard in making both sale and purchase go as smoothly as possible . Ours wasn’t the easiest of purchases but the team took the pressure off us, and were there at all times with help and advise . We would thoroughly recommend Grosvenor Properties .

GoogleAfter a frustrating and disappointing start to selling our house with another estate agent, we have nothing but praise for Debi and her team at Grosvenor, who have shown us the other extreme of estate agents. They were professional, knowledgable, helpful, and proactive. No question was too small, no problem to big and Debi repeatedly went above and beyond what was required. We would have no hesitation in recemmending them to anyone, and we would be very happy to use them again in the future.

I have been looked after by Debi and Gayle in both renting and through the sales process, both went without a hitch All my repairs were dealt with promptly, updates were superb and I even recommended my sister to sell her house through this company which resulted in a super quick sale. I still pop in to see them all to say hello and take my dad as they've become part of the family! Well done for a great 5* personal service!

They handle the letting and all associated vetting and legal documentation for my property company.They are highly competent and very knowledgable with regards to the ever changing legislation. All staff are very friendly and it is a pleasure to do business with them. Their fees are very competitive and excellent value for money. In my opinion they are the best in the area.

FacebookAfter interviewing a number of Heswall Estate Agents, I chose Debi as I felt she would ‘own’ the process and not involve a whole pile of assistants who know nothing about our house. How right I was in this decision! She was very professional in everything and secured a very quick sale for us at a price we were pleased with. Thoroughly recommend Grosvenor Properties!
