Dear Paola, We are sorry you are unhappy with the deposit dispute process, but unfortunately this is standard process following the end of a tenancy. The outcome of deposit disputes is not made by ourselves but rather an independent adjudicator, we can only relay the claims which the landlord wishes to make. When a claim is submitted you will have the opportunity to provide your own evidence - to the contrary of what the landlord has laid claim for. A final decision will then be made in the coming days/weeks - at which point you will be notified. This decision is legally binding. We hope this helps clarify the situation.
