My situation for buying property was not straight forward. He looked at the my situation from any possible angle and came up with an extraordinary solution to my problem. Ryan Estate has been setting the standards as one of the best Estate Agents in the industry! Very knowledgeable team and efficient in dealing with the requirements of the clients. I had dealt with a number of agencies before contacting Ryan Estates about the specific requirements I had for my flat. It's been difficult to find a good rental place during the COVID lockdown but Ryan Estates went above and beyond to find a suitable place for me and my husband. Their service has been genuinely good in comparison to other agents and this agency was miles ahead of all of them in terms of professionalism and being honest about the deal. Must add the best part they do not charge anything, I have recommended all my friends and family members about this agency for their rentals and sales! I have rented through so keep up the excellent work.

They are not focused on just short term results but building a long term business relationship, which will be more fruitful for both parties. Excellent communications all the way.

GoogleI am highly recommend Ryan Estate to anyone! Lucky that I found Ross helping to let out of my place. He is professional, with good local network, super efficient and reliable! I have made the phone call on one Friday and within just one week, I have my rental agreement signed on my hand. Ross sorted out all the things (gas, electricity, inventory certificates…) in one go with instant response. I am very impressed of the service and have no hesitation referring to anyone.
