Sean Heaney Estate Agents were recommended to us by a local solicitor. Luke and his colleagues, Gary, Antonia and Angela were friendly and professional at all times. Every sale of a property has a back story , in this case the sale of a long-standing family home. The team were sensitive and supportive throughout, liaising with all parties in a helpful manner, striving to achieve the best outcome for all concerned. The property was listed late February 2021 and despite the complications caused by the pandemic the sale was agreed within just two months. The team ensured that all practical matters were addressed taking into account the fact that the property was vacant and family members were not local. Keys made available , neighbours were liaised with and utility readings were taken at the appropriate time. I would not hesitate to recommend Sean Heaney .

Sean Heaney estate agents are everything that a local estate agent should be. I have experienced both sides of the market with them, selling a property and also searching for a home. They have a deep knowledge of the areas in which they serve resulting in realistic valuations and the viewings that they get are from serious, interested buyers. Most importantly they take the time to get to know you and exactly what you are looking for and are extremely accommodative, understanding both the business side and emotional side of buying/selling a property. Their advice is honest and very reassuring throughout. The close knit team is something you tend not to see nowadays in estate agents and this feeling is very present when you work with them. I brought my house from Sean Heaney 15 years ago, the property was derelict so therefore the buying process was not straight forward. Sean and his team responded quickly and efficiently to all enquires and went over and above to cooperate with our lawyer to deal with a complicated completion. Sean Heaney and his team were extremely professional and we had no doubt that we would use him again to sell our house. We were out the country while our property was on the market Sean had the keys to our house to arrange his viewings. He communicated by email regularly to keep us informed of the viewings, we found him to be extremely trustworthy, reliable and very efficient with his communication and with the responsibility of our home. The current market is very difficult, Sean was able to negotiated a price that was above the buyers offer. Sean and his team were in correspondence with our buyer and our lawyer they dealt with all issues and we completed the sale of our house. A very professional team, Luke was a pleasure to deal with and a credit to the company, Sean is an honourable person and I highly recommend them.

The negative stereotype of estate agents couldn't be further from our experience, which was outstanding from start to finish. Our main point of contact was Luke who was an incredible support, offering us honestly and integrity at every stage. We felt he genuinely cared about us as a family and we trusted his professional guidance. Even when more challenging things cropped up throughout our sale, he was always calm, reassuring and clearly had seen every situation a thousand times before so knew how to best guide us. We also had great support and patience from Angela and Antonia. We also must mention that they were spot on with their evaluation of our property. Had we gone with any of the other agents we got evaluations from too, we would have got a far lower sale price. We would absolutely use Sean Heany again and highly recommend them.
