GooglePossibly the worst agency in Harpenden. We have reported them to The Property Ombudsman for their dishonest behaviour. I would strongly suggest you don't rent any property through them especially Hammondswick which is mouse infested, constant repair needing house. Landlord Alexandra Riordan should be on the bad landlord list.
Greedy and slow to address issues which included but no means limited to dangerous first floor landing, blocked drains, broken doorbells, exterior maintenance not addressed resulting in multiple mice infestations requiring over 30 Rentokill visits, blown windows, double garage that is also mouse infested and leaks so anything stored is damaged. Property has a long history of mice. Also when complained to raised the rent and then issues unlawful eviction notices.
Had to be issued multiple times due to the incompetence and dishonesty of Classic Sovereign and Landlord.
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.

Dealing with Classic Sovereign is horrendous. While they are very polite when making a sale, when a problem is reported you get shouted at and accused of lying.
No action is taken to fix things and the team literally talk over you.
