Highly recommended. Banc were very professional throughout. All the team are pleasant and helpful despite the stress of house selling. We particularly rate their local market knowledge, being contactable when required and managing the process from offer through to sale completion. Although we received an offer on our house within a few weeks it took several months to complete due to issues with our buyers buyer. Kay was amazing with her dedication to making the sale happen.

Wow, why would you use anyone else?! We listed with BANC and had an offer within about ten days. Ok, the weather helped as the garden looked gorgeous but it was Andrew Crump who brought the buyers around. And this was in April when house prices were falling. Andrew kept us informed every step of the way and was always professional to deal with.
