Kitty was superb from start to finish for our search for our rental property. We were moving from one part of St Albans to The Ridgeway and she was friendly and supportive throughout the move. Nothing was too much trouble. We're now settled in and very happy with our new home. I highly recommend Attewell & Hardwicke for your next move.

Highly recommended to tenants and landlords!!! I've been renting with them many years now and from a tenant point of view, I must say, they really are professionally committed, friendly and caring. They do look after the tenants as well as they take care of the landlords, which is absolutely fantastic as many places prioritise the landlords interest and based on my personal experience with other agencies, dismiss the tenant's needs.

I had an excellent experience with Attewell Hardwicke & Leahy. The team is highly professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. They made everything straightforward and stress-free, keeping me updated at every stage. I felt very well looked after and appreciated their attention to detail and customer care. I cannot recommend Attwell and Hardwicke enough. Incredibly personable people who will go out of their way to assist you. You are treated like an individual, as opposed to most agencies where you are told to keep an eye on right move and call them if anything comes up. My situation wasn’t straight forward as I have a pet and I was met with a lot of negativity but they were extremely helpful and helped me find a lovely property. Just fantastic!

Danielle and Jo’s service to me as a Tenant has been above and beyond, and quite simply, the best I have ever received. They offer a truly personal and professional approach to me as a Tenant and I know that they offer that exact same level of service to Landlords and everyone they deal with as its in their DNA. Attewell and Hardwicke is an amazing agency and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Jo, Danielle and Kitty are all great to deal with and really make an effort to get to know their customers. Having dealt with larger letting agents in the past I'm very glad I moved over to A&H, and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them for anyone looking to let out or to rent a property.

Danielle and the team have been brilliant managing our flat that we have been letting out for the last couple of years, found tenants very quickly, dealt with issues that have arisen fairly and effectively and helped us navigate the process of selling the flat whilst retaining our tenants. Would highly recommend.
