GoogleWe sent an email and a message to arrange an viewing but no answer. Only auto reply saying that they are available on Saturday.
We visited today and we were told that we need to be booked in and they can't show us a house today.
That's a waste of our time.
Th development is also in a bad place, between railway and main road. There are also massive pylons going over the houses.
The houses look nice though. We really liked their style.

GoogleOh, to dream of a £1.1 million house! Apparently, that's enough to get you precisely zero returned calls from these purported sales 'professionals.' After a mere seven attempts to follow up on a viewing, which itself required nine calls over two agonizing weeks just to arrange, I've finally achieved enlightenment: they don't want my money. And frankly, after this display, I'm not sure I want them to have it. I was even willing to overlook the shoebox-sized kitchen, the intimate relationship with the local power lines, and the charming railway serenade. But the sheer, unadulterated impossibility of actually speaking to a human? That, dear reader, speaks volumes. Volumes of incompetence, that is. They just waved goodbye to a potential £1.2 million, all because answering a phone was apparently too much to ask. Remarkable. Truly, remarkably idiotic.
If you're in the market for a £1.1 million property and enjoy being utterly ignored, then this is your developer.
You'd think a seven-figure sale might warrant a returned call, but apparently, basic customer service is a concept entirely foreign to these 'sales' wizards. I'm now liberated from the burden of considering their postage-stamp living rooms, scenic pylons, and delightful railway soundtracks.
